Amaia Scapes Capas is located in the heart of Central Luzon, more particularly in the city of Capas in the province of Tarlac. Capas is a highly urbanized municipality. It is a first class city that is ranked among the richest towns in Tarlac. As a matter of fact, there are other exclusive villages and subdivisions built all over the city. This middle-sized town has an estimated population of 140,000. Tarlac is nestled between the cities of Alaminos and Dagupan of Pampaga, Baguio, Nueva Ecija, Cabanatuan City, Pampanga, and Manila.
Tourism is also a big feature of this humble town. For starters, it is the final site of the Bataan Death March, as signified by the well-visited Capas National Shrine built within the town proper. It is also the preferred jump-off point for Mount Pinatubo treks. Thousands of tourists, visitors, and mountaineers come to the city annually for these two reasons.
Amaia Scapes Tarlac is located right along MacArthur Highway in Barangay Estrada in Capas, Tarlac. And because it is situated along the highway, it is always an easy ride to and from the town proper and other points of interests. There are several public access roads built to take residents to the key areas of the city.
From the south, Amaia Scapes Capas is a just a ride away from the Luisita Access Road and the SCTEX Concepcion Exit. From the north, the Tarlac-Victoria Road and Romulo Highway are very accessible. Traveling in and out of the site and towards neighboring cities is never a concern.
Amaia Scapes Capas is relatively near Hacienda Luisita. It is also surrounded by several retail and commercial complexes such as Puregold Capas, Robinson’s Luisita, City Walk Mall, Magic Star Mall, Luisita Complex, SM City, and My Metro Town Mall.
There are hospitals and educational institution within the vicinity as well. From the site, it is quite easy to reach the Central Luzon Doctors Hospital, Jecsons Medical Center, Capas General Hospital, and Tarlac Provincial Hospital. As for schools, the ones that are well within reach are the Dominican College of Tarlac, Don Bosco Academy, Tarlac Montessori School, Holy Spirit College, Osias Colleges, Capas High School, and Tarlac State University.
Industrial parks and common places of work are not too far from the area as well. As matter of fact, the Capas Municipal Hall, TARELCO, Tarlac Water District, and Luisita Industrial Park are just one to two rides away. Residents are never too far from the places where they earn a living.
The other places of interests that are just within striking distance from Amaia Scapes Capas are Santa Monica Heights, Luisita Golf and Country Club, Azaya Resort, and the Our Lady of Sorrow Parish Church.
