The Bungalow Pod is evidently much larger than the Twin Pod though they have the same features. The only difference is that this one has a larger porch that measures four square meters instead of the Twin Pod’s three. And because it is built independently of any structure, this is the property type that can be easily expanded to maximize the lot area.
The Carriage Pod is a two-story one-bedroom housing unit with a ground floor area of 27 square meters while the second floor measures 24 square meters. The total house area is at 55 square meters with a minimum lot area of 75 square meters. All features are similar to that of a Multi Pod unit, except that the bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and everything else are located upstairs. The ground level is an open area which can be used as a garage or whatever it is that the unit owner desires.
